Shipping policy


First: the product delivery policy
1-The address must include the building number, villa, or apartment number in addition to the street name, city, and zip code. The phone number and the name of the person concerned must be written down according to the registration form on the site
2-We work to fulfill your order and deliver it quickly within a period of 3 to 7 working days from the date of ordering for shipments
3-We deliver orders on regular business days, from Saturday to Thursday, except for weekends and holidays. We do not currently have the ability to deliver orders on weekends and public holidays
4-The shipping company delivers to the address registered in the order, but in some areas, the shipment is received from the nearest office of the shipping company
5-Any error or deficiency in order information such as mobile number or
shipping address may cause the order to be delayed.
6-If you are unable to reach you or if you are refused receipt for any reason other than an error in the order that was dispatched, the shipping value will be charged only

Second: the return policy 
We gladly accept a request to return any of the products, 
but according to the following conditions: 
1-It is allowed to request the return of goods received within 7 days only from the date of receipt. 
2-The returned goods must be in the condition in which it was received 
3-The customer bears the shipping cost in case of a return, 
unless the error is caused by the management of the online store (Grinta) 
4-The request is received, reviewed, and communicated with the customer to find out the reasons for the return, 
then respond to the customer by accepting or rejecting the request within 3 working days. 
5-In the event of a return request, Grinta will coordinate with the concerned company to return the goods and exchange 
the value of the goods again with the shipping discount, if any, an addition to an amount of 35 pounds, the value of the return fee, 
and it may take a refund from 3 working days to 15 working days at most 
6-Completing the purchase means that the customer is informed of the shipping and return policy.
